Why Sourdough?

Sourdough isn’t just delicious—it’s a healthier, more natural way to enjoy bread. Unlike commercially processed bread filled with preservatives and additives, our sourdough is made with just three simple ingredients: flour, water, and salt. Through a slow fermentation process, wild yeasts and beneficial bacteria break down gluten and phytic acid, making the bread easier to digest and more nutrient-rich.
